Brolette is a video chat platform that allows users to connect with other users for real-time video conversations. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of any content transmitted by users. You are solely responsible for the content you transmit.

5.1 Content Moderation & Safety

To maintain a safe environment, we employ both automated systems and human moderators to enforce our Community Rules. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Report-Triggered Recording: When a report is filed against a user, or when our automated safety systems detect potentially harmful content, we may temporarily record and retain up to 3 minutes of video and audio from that session for investigation purposes.
• Limited Retention: Such recordings are retained for a maximum of 7 days and are accessible only to authorized moderation staff.
• AI-Assisted Moderation: We may use artificial intelligence systems to analyze reported content and assist in moderation decisions. You may request human review of any automated decision.
• Consequences: Violations of our Community Rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at our discretion.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brolette and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brolette and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
